Since the release six days ago, we've welcomed over 500 HoloPorts to the upgraded Holo network. The vast majority of re-registrations have been easy and smooth and we expect the next 1,000 soon-to-ship HoloPorts to go well, too. This week we've been focused on the next release while also working on some quick follow up improvements to limit the few challenges some did experience. As a reminder, the "HoloPort Registration Usability" milestone supports the creation of new secure identities, a requirement for know-your-customer regulations and distributed validation with Holochain. An important step for connecting the identities of HoloPort hosts, HoloFuel users, and app publishers.

If you haven't re-registered your HoloPort yet, it's easy! Search your email or join us on the Holo Forum at forum.holo.host.

About Holo

Holo is a distributed cloud hosting marketplace for peer-to-peer apps built on Holochain. We're helping to build a better Web.

Holo is to cloud hosting what Airbnb was to hotels—anyone can become a host by turning their computer into a source of revenue, getting paid in HoloFuel for hosting peer-to-peer applications to the legacy web. By hosting P2P apps, you support a web that empowers your peers and communities.
