Last week we announced that Holochain will have a Beta Release Candidate by 15 December with the hApp stable Beta release following in January. This is an important statement about the maturity level of Holochain as we move full speed ahead into the next stage of our project delivery.
Read the full announcement at the link below. The upcoming Dev Pulse will also share the critical details that developers using the framework need to know.
Development is progressing well on the Holo hosting platform as well with our dev teams completing the internal releases of the invoicing flow for hosts. Those include HoloFuel countersigning, HoloFuel integration with Publisher Portal and Host Console, as well as invoice generation and payment automations. This work is now moving through our QA process and development has already begun on the subsequent milestone related to the HoloFuel Reserve.
Finally, there are ongoing rounds of testing on applications running on the Alpha Holo network. We'll share more details about those soon.
About Holo
Holo is a distributed cloud hosting marketplace for peer-to-peer apps built on Holochain. We're helping to build a better Web.
Holo is to cloud hosting what Airbnb was to hotels—anyone can become a host by turning their computer into a source of revenue, getting paid in HoloFuel for hosting peer-to-peer applications to the legacy web. By hosting P2P apps, you support a web that empowers your peers and communities.
